Vrinda is an Advocate at TLP and operates from the Mumbai office. She holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) (2017) degree from Rizvi Law College – Mumbai University. She is registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
She has previous experience in banking and finance litigation, admiralty litigation at various courts and tribunals including the Bombay High Court, Debt Recovery Tribunals and Arbitral Tribunals. Ayush Agarwal is an Advocate at The Law Point. He is associated with the firm since 2019 and has been laterally inducted to expand the firm’s dispute resolution practice.

Shivani is an Associate at The Law Point and focuses her practice on contractual dispute resolution and arbitration. Shivani joined The Law Point in January 2019, and has since served clients across various industries, both in the private and public sector.
As a member of the Disputes Resolution Team, Shivani primarily handles domestic and international arbitrations before Arbitral Tribunals comprising retired Supreme Court and High Court Justices, and Commercial Arbitration Petitions before the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay.
Additionally, Shivani handles eviction matters on behalf of a Public Sector Undertaking. She has regularly been appearing for appeals under Right to Information Act on behalf of Public Sector Corporations. She has also been prosecuting Trademark Applications before the Trademark Registry, Mumbai.
Shivani completed her Master in Laws with concentration in International Business Law from the University of San Diego School of Law, California, USA. She is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
Akshata Timmapur is an Associate at The Law Point. She graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune with a degree in B.B.A. LLB (Hons.) in 2019 and has been with The Law Point since then.
Since the time she joined our firm she has worked on diverse matters pertaining to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Securities Laws, Criminal Laws and Real Estate Laws.
She represents leading PSUs in Arbitration Proceedings, handles eviction matters for a major port trust and represents private clients before the Hon’ble NCLT in insolvency matters. Additionally, she also handles matters involving white collar crimes before the Hon’ble Sessions Court and the Hon’ble Metroporitan Magistrate.
During her period of service at The Law Point, Akshata has appeared before the High Court of Bombay, Bombay City Civil and Sessions Court, Small Causes Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) and Estate Officers (EO).

Raghav has years of experience as an Advocate based out of Mumbai. Over the years, Raghav has represented various clients before the Bombay High Court and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Siddharth graduated from SLS, Pune in 2014 and has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi thereafter. Over the course of his years at the bar, Siddharth has developed expertise in a variety of fields, so as to be in a position to offer his clients advise on a wide range of legal issues. Siddharth routinely appears before the Supreme Court, the High Court of Delhi as also Tribunals such as the NCLAT and NCLT. He also has a wealth of experience in briefing and assisting the top Senior Counsels practicing in Delhi.
Siddharth’s clients include some of the largest PSUs in India, International Banks, as also private corporate entities and individuals. Apart from experience in writ jurisdiction, as also corporate commercial litigation, Siddharth has developed his arbitration practice representing clients before arbitral tribunals and before the Courts in matters arising out of arbitrations. He has also handled several cases with respect to white collar crimes, including in high profile cases arising out of the 2G and Coal allocation matters. Subsequent to the promulgation of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Siddharth has also appeared in landmark cases dealing with interpretation of the provisions of the code.

Surbhi is a graduate of Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU)( Batch of 2011) and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. She has a post-qualification experience of 4 years of working on a wide variety of civil; commercial; corporate; and regulatory matters.
She has handled complex litigations, arbitrations and advisories on various issues including those pertaining to Infrastructure and Civil Engineering Projects; grant of Bids and Concession Agreements; Management and Resolution of Stressed Assets; compliance with Insurance Regulations; and transactions in Over-the-Counter Derivatives Market.
Her Clients include Energy and Infrastructure Companies; Banks; NBFCs; Real Estate Companies; Port Authorities; and PSUs including ONGC, MMRCL, ECGC and JNPT. Having worked with Clients who span across several sectors of the market, she has developed a nuanced legal and practical understanding of the functioning of these Sectors. Surbhi has steadily handled litigation and arbitrations for her Clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, NGT, Consumer Tribunals & Arbitral Tribunals.
Apart from dispute resolution, Surbhi has also delved into various constitutional issues while carrying out legislative drafting and advisory work for Government Ministries, Departments, Authorities and PSUs.
Shriraj Khambete is registered with the Bar Council of Gujarat since 2016. He has represented various private companies, a public sector bank and regulatory bodies on forums like the NCLT, Gujarat High Court, Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commissions, etc and has successfully argued on their behalf as well. He has a strong litigation background in his areas of practice which include Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, Commercial & Civil disputes, Indirect Taxation and white collar crimes. He has also worked on the first of its kind Insolvency dispute after the onset of the IBC regime, apart from disputes arising out of levy of anti-dumping duties, redevelopment agreements, long term land lease agreements, land acquisition by the State, etc.
