Anubhav leads the firm's practice in securities laws and also works on intellectual property, data protection, commercial disputes, general corporate, banking, regulatory and advisory mandates. He has been extensively practicing in the said areas for the past six years, and has worked with a variety of public sector and private clients. He regularly appears before the Securities Appellate Tribunal and the National Company Law Tribunal, apart from the Bombay High Court.
Anubhav is regularly entrusted with matters of great relevance on regulatory and market-control issues. He handles both transactional and litigation mandates in his areas of practice, as also regularly arguing matters before various fora. He enjoys the trust of his clients as also the confidence of the Courts where he appears regularly.
Anubhav regularly advises on the entire spectrum of securities law entailing both advisory and litigation work. His experience includes listing regulations; takeover regulations; insider trading regulations; drafting and vetting of contracts pertaining to market intermediaries and registrations with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI); and advising on various regulations applicable to market intermediaries.
Anubhav graduated from Symbiosis Law School in 2014 and has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa as well as the Bar Council of India since then.
Anubhav is a Guest Faculty of the Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai as well as the Management Development Centre of the Life Insurance Corporation of India. He is also engaged as a subject expert by the UnitedWorld School of Law, Karnavati University, Gandhinagar.
He is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Laws from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.
