Siddharth graduated from SLS, Pune in 2014 and has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi thereafter. Over the course of his years at the bar, Siddharth has developed expertise in a variety of fields, so as to be in a position to offer his clients advise on a wide range of legal issues. Siddharth routinely appears before the Supreme Court, the High Court of Delhi as also Tribunals such as the NCLAT and NCLT. He also has a wealth of experience in briefing and assisting the top Senior Counsels practicing in Delhi.
Siddharth’s clients include some of the largest PSUs in India, International Banks, as also private corporate entities and individuals. Apart from experience in writ jurisdiction, as also corporate commercial litigation, Siddharth has developed his arbitration practice representing clients before arbitral tribunals and before the Courts in matters arising out of arbitrations. He has also handled several cases with respect to white collar crimes, including in high profile cases arising out of the 2G and Coal allocation matters. Subsequent to the promulgation of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Siddharth has also appeared in landmark cases dealing with interpretation of the provisions of the code.
Aside from his experience in litigation, Siddharth’s clients routinely seek legal opinions on issues dealing with employment, labour and other statutory compliances.
