Abhishek heads of the Delhi Office of TLP and has been practicing since 2008. He has extensive experience representing clients before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, and numerous judicial and quasi-judicial forums in Delhi. His previous work with some of India’s most reputed Senior Advocates has equipped him with the ability to develop innovative litigation strategies tailored to his clients' unique needs.

An expert in constitutional law, Abhishek regularly represents clients in the Supreme Court on matters related to fundamental rights, constitutional rights, the repugnancy of laws, the powers of constitutional functionaries, and property rights.

Abhishek has also built a strong corporate and commercial disputes practice. He has previously represented clients before the Company Court, Company Law Board, Competition Appellate Tribunal (CAT), Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (AAIFR), and Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR). Currently, he frequently appears before SAT, Competition Commission of India (CCI), NGT, NCLAT, NCLT, Mines Tribunal, and various other fora. Additionally, he has represented various corporations and individuals in arbitration proceedings arising from contractual disputes.

SEBI: Represented the regulator before the Supreme Court in a batch of Civil Appeals passed by SAT in the matter pertaining to non-disclosures and material misstatements in the 2007 IPO documents of DLF Limited.

SEBI: Represented the regulator before the NCLT, New Delhi to include penalties imposed by SEBI as statutory dues in the Corporate Debtor's Resolution Plan. In this case, SEBI issued the Penalty Order after the commencement of the CIRP process and TLP argued that the moratorium under Section 14 of the IBC Code does not bar SEBI's adjudication process as a statutory authority.

Bombay Stock Exchange: Represented the exchange as an Operational Creditor under Section 9 of the IBC Code against listed companies who had failed to pay Annual Listing Fee. It has now been authoritatively laid down that the Annual Listing Fee due to the Stock Exchange under the Listing Agreement amounts to an Operational Debt.
