Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA): Represented JNPA in an arbitration dispute valued over INR 500 crores related to revenue sharing and tariff imposition in relation to the redevelopment and operation of a major berth at another port.

Mumbai Port Authority (MbPA): Representing MbPA in an arbitration dispute valued over INR 3,000 crores in connection with the construction and operation of an offshore container berth terminal at the Port.

Major Railways Operating Corporation: Representing a public sector undertaking operating major railways in India, in a dispute valued over INR 1,763 crores against a technology company regarding the development and implementation of Anti-collision Device prototype in the Indian Railways.

Global Fortune 500 Company: Successfully represented a major oil and gas company in a dispute of over INR 100 crores arising out of delays in the completion of a project related to the construction of oil wellhead platforms. Also, successfully represented the same company in Section 9 Petition later appealed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (Arbitration Act), filed by another oil and gas company, seeking injunction on invocation of bank guarantees worth INR 35, 875 crores.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL): Regularly represent BPCL in several infrastructure and tender related disputes, including arbitration proceedings related to construction of oil installation plant.

Shinhan Bank: Represented the bank in an International commercial arbitration wherein inter alia the issue was refund of security deposit qua its office premises along with the interest thereon @ 15%.

Various Oil Marketing Companies (OMC): Regularly represent OMC in proceedings arising out of the Arbitration Act like Sections 9, 34 and 37 proceedings related to various issues ranging from supply of Marine Oil Fuel, invocation of Bank Guarantees etc.

Export Credit Guarantee Corporation (ECGC): Representing ECGC in an arbitration dispute arising out of the rejection of claims for losses suffered in export shipments.

MbPA: Representing MbPA in an International arbitration dispute arising out of a collision of a vessel in the berthing terminal and the consequent damages caused due to such an accident.

Prominent Upstream Oil Corporation: Representing a prominent upstream oil corporation in an arbitration dispute related to waste management in an onshore oil exploration site.
