Indicative Matters

JNPA: Represented JNPA in a high-stakes arbitration dispute arising out of a contract related to the commission and operation of Rail Mounted Quay Cranes at Nhava Sheva Port.
Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Pvt. Ltd. (SPCPL): Regularly represent SPCPL in complex construction arbitrations before various arbitral tribunals and Micro & Small Enterprises Facilitation Councils (Mumbai & Pune).
Mahasamruddhi Mahamarg Project: Engaged as a legal advisor in collaboration with Ernst and Young (EY) for the INR 55,000 crores (~USD 6.8 billion) Mumbai-Nagpur Mahasamruddhi Mahamarg Project, a nationally significant infrastructure initiative.
Multinational Real Estate Fund: Advised a Cyprus-based Real Estate Fund with the acquisition of major parcels of land in Maharashtra.
Avvad Developers: Represented Avvad Developers in their major housing development and redevelopment projects.
Indian Port Association: Advised the Indian Ports Association and Ministry of Shipping for drafting a proposed legislation.
City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO): Advised CIDCO on various legal issues and drafted the lease agreements and documentation for the Navi Mumbai Airport project resettlement scheme.
MbPA: Representing MbPA in several high-stake arbitration disputes including disputes related to construction of an offshore container terminal, redevelopment of an existing terminal and redevelopment of their hospital.
MbPA: Regularly represent and advise MbPA on various legal issues, including litigation, relating to their town planning functions and maritime disputes.
North East Transmission Company (NETC): Regularly represent and advise NETC on various contractual issues, regulatory issues, labour, service, and disciplinary issues before the High Court at Tripura.
Major Infrastructure Company: Represented a major infrastructure company and its board of directors before the Company Law Board and successfully averted the board from being superseded.
