Omprakash is a partner and anchors the Dispute Resolution practice at TLP. He has been associated with TLP since his qualification as a lawyer in 2008.

He has over 16 years of experience in dispute resolution in the areas of commercial litigation, arbitration, white collar crime and constitutional matters. His practice focuses on dispute resolution before various courts and forums, including, High Court of Bombay, Bombay City Civil Court, Sessions Court, Small Causes Court, NCLT, National Green Tribunal (NGT), and Customs Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) where he advises clients on a range of corporate commercial and criminal laws.
Over the course of his practice, he has represented and advised several multi-national companies, Indian and foreign banks and financial institutions, developers and Public Sector Enterprises, major ports, oil marketing companies, infrastructure development companies as well as private clients on matters relating to projects and infrastructure, ports being his forte, energy and electricity, property, real estate, general corporate and constitutional law. He also advises clients on issues relating to contracts and contractual disputes, tenders, and pre-litigation strategies. He specializes in infrastructure arbitrations and insolvency and bankruptcy-related disputes. He has advised major ports, oil marketing companies, and infrastructure development companies in their contractual disputes as well as disputes under the IBC. He also deals with disputes related to white-collar crime and actions under the Money Laundering Act. He also appears for various developers as well as housing societies and specializes in documentation related to the redevelopment of societies.
Omprakash has also been appointed as a Special Public Prosecutor for SEBI and conducts several prosecution matters on behalf of SEBI.
